Should I wait to sell? That depends on your particular situation. Whether it is a seller's market (less homes for sale and more buyers) or a buyer's market (more homes for sale and fewer buyers) you are going to be able to make your move. If you end up in a buyer's market, you may sell lower but you will also buy lower. It all evens out in the long run. The goal is to get you "going" where you need to "go" in a time frame suitable to you.
