Recent government incentive is a tax relief plan that will provide the buyer with up to $7,500.00 in tax credit if you purchased prior to JANUARY 2009. An $8,000 tax credit is available to those buyers who have not owned a home in 3 years and purchase between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009.
